Trouble with the Police?

Due to our convenient location we have quick access to both the Police Stations and the Magistrates Courts located in Southampton, The New Forest, Bournemouth (including the surrounding area) and Salisbury.

We take part in the Police Station Duty Rotas for Lyndhurst/Eastleigh and Bitterne/Southampton Central. We are further enrolled on the Court Duty Rotas for Southampton and Lyndhurst Magistrates Court. We are able to offer our clients:

• Advice on summonses and Charges.
• Representation at Magistrates Court
• Representation at Crown Court
• 24 Hour access to a Solicitor

To ensure we can act in your best interests please adhere to the following instructions if you are arrested or questioned by the police:

• Say nothing until we have been contacted.
• If at an unsociable hour contact our 24hr Service on 07767 457547.
• Insist that we are called. Never consent to being questioned without us.
• Always exercise your right to have us present then the police have to contact us as your solicitors.
• Never sign the custody record saying you do not want to see a solicitor.
