Here at Letchers Solicitors, we are able to offer our clients:
- Advice on summonses and charges.
- Representation at magistrates court
- Representation at crown court
- 24-hour access to a solicitor
- Say nothing to the police until we have been contacted.

- Insist that Letchers Solicitor are called and never consent to being questioned without us.
- Always exercise your right to have a solicitor present, then the police have to contact us as your solicitors.
- Never sign the custody record saying you do not want to see a solicitor.
