Helen joined Letchers as a Partner on 1 April 2026 and is based in our Poole Office bringing with her more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property law. Prior to joining the firm, she was an owner and Partner at Jacobs & Reeves, where she also completed her training and built a longstanding reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice.

Helen specialises in commercial property matters, with particular expertise in commercial leases, option agreements and development work. She is known for her straightforward and personable approach, supporting clients through complex transactions with clarity and efficiency.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys keeping active through bootcamp training at the gym and regularly spends time at her property in the Snowdonia National Park, where she enjoys walking and the outdoors. She also enjoys dining out, socialising over drinks, and is particularly fond of spicy food.
