Andrew joined Letchers in April 2020 and is Head of the Private Client Department based in our Ringwood Office. Andrew’s area of specialism is in administering estates. Prior to joining Letchers, he worked for over 20 years at law firms in Central London including several years in the West End and Lincoln’s Inn. and is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). 

In his earlier years Andrew lived in SW London and was twice elected as a Councillor of Wandsworth Council serving a variety of interests and being Group Chairman at a time when the Council levied the lowest Council Tax in Britain.

In his spare time, Andrew is a devoted family man with a keen interest in horticulture and the countryside. He has a particular love of the Cornish coastline and the Scottish countryside and is a passionate dog lover often enjoying long walks on the South Downs near where he lives. He remains actively involved with a wandering village cricket side, and also enjoys playing tennis and golf, as well as swimming.

Andrew enjoys travelling throughout different regions of France and sampling the local produce.
