Michelle joined Letchers in June 2025 as a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Department and is based at the firm’s Ringwood Office. She brings with her valuable experience in residential conveyancing, having previously worked at another well-established local firm. Michelle completed her CILEX Level 3 and Level 6 qualifications in 2013, graduating in 2014, and has developed a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the importance of providing clear, supportive guidance to clients throughout their transactions.

Following a successful break from the legal profession, during which she established and managed three limited companies, Michelle returned to law in 2022 and reinstated her CILEX membership to continue pursuing her legal career. Her business background has equipped her with excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills, together with a practical and proactive approach to problem solving.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time in the New Forest with her children, horses, and dogs. She also enjoys yoga and swimming in her spare time.
