Carol provides secretarial support to our Criminal Department in the Ringwood Office and brings with her a vast amount of experience across a variety of legal departments. She originally joined Letchers in 1981 in the Probate Department, later working in Litigation while raising her children during the 1990s. After spending 15 years in the tourism industry promoting the New Forest to visitors, Carol rejoined the Criminal Department in May 2025.

Carol studied at Eastleigh College and holds various PA and secretarial qualifications, including the LCCI Private and Executive Secretary’s Diploma.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys running with her local running club, cooking, walking her dogs, and spending time with her grandchildren.
