Yvonne joined the firm in February 2021 as a PA to Andrew Penfold in the Private Client Department, based in the Ringwood Office. Friendly, approachable, and highly organised, she provides dedicated support to both the team and clients alike.

Before joining Letchers, Yvonne worked at another Dorset law firm, where she started her career as a Receptionist before progressing into the Compliance Team. She further progressed her career in law by completing a CiLEX Legal Studies Course, achieving a Merit.

Yvonne has extensive experience within Private Client law, and her background in compliance gives her a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of the importance of excellent client care.

She strongly believes that every day is an opportunity to learn something new and that continuing to grow both personally and professionally is one of life’s greatest achievements.

Outside of work, Yvonne’s life is wonderfully busy. She is a proud mum of five and grandmother to nine grandchildren, as well as owner to a cat who firmly believes he is royalty. When she does manage to find a little spare time, she enjoys walking in the local forest, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and occasionally curling up with a good book — although that rarely happens as often as she’d like.
