Johanna joined Letchers in May 2025 as a PA to Lauren Cooney in the Family Department and is based in the Ringwood Office. 

Originally from Australia, Johanna also lived in the USA before moving to the UK in 2023.  

This is her first full-time role within the legal sector, following a diverse career background including a range of administrative roles, residential Real Estate Sales Person, a Business Coach and running her own Transaction Management business.

Johanna brings a flexible and adaptable approach to her work, providing essential support to the Family Team with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Away from work, Johanna enjoys spending time with her Husband, gardening, travelling, sailing and spending time at the beach.
